5 ways to Reduce Stresses

Nowsdays, our stresses @@ was come frm many where n hard to avoid. So we should find some time to do something which are better for our physical n mental!!! Below there, gt few ways which can help u to relax n charge ur energy!!!

Enjoy Sigh (Dun ask me y...i follow frm an article)
Find a quite place o room which nobody can interrupt u...if let ppls c u like, u will GG ltr haha...After that, do a deep breath, n do a long heavy sigh said in low voice. Try to enjoy the sigh!!! 1 day 3 times, u will feel "relax" after tat.

Write 感恩卡
Take out 1 paper n asking urself : " In my life which thng is making me worth to thankgiving?" Then u can write 5 thngs make u thankgiving. Like, u wan to thank police nt going saman u while u parking among the yellow line la, thank the dog din go to bite while u cycling o thank gt Ah Joo tis friend!! This pratice can activate ur "POSITIVE PSYCOLOGY"

Listen Music
If necessary hor, crawl under the table n put ur headphone up...play some music which can make u boost mood n quiet moving ur heart!!

Clean n Neat the Things
Neat ur table, documents(including the computer aso o), cabinet, o clean the backyard; make all thngs neat n clean then you will feel sastification, it gona help u release the stressssssssss!!!

Last is take DEEEEEEEEEEEEP Breath
Some essential oils have a powerful appease effect. U all might try to use bottle of lavender , sandalwood o camomile essential Oil, when u nd juz smell a smell. O drop a few drop on ur handcraft , bring it along n it will help u reduce Stress......
